He played Roger in "Second Chance". Which aired during Season 1. He played a kid that didn't make Ernie's Soccer team. Ernie felt bad for the kids that didn't make the team, so he had a second tryout. Jason and Zack helped Roger practice. Roger ended up being the captain of the second team ( Ernie liked the kids effort so much that he made a second soccer team).

It was orginally rumored that he was Roger in "Second Chance". But then the rumor was that it was just an extra. A recent 20/20 piece on Skylar confirms that he was Roger in "Second Chance.

Skylar has longed bragged about being a "star" on Mighty Morphing Power Rangers. Thats why the media went wild at first. They didn't know any better. Later things calmed down when the media was more educated on the subject. Skylar was just a one shot guest star when he was a kid. That hardly means that he was a star on the show. He only appeared in one out of what is soon to be a 700 episode series.
