As long as you don't violate any copyrights its usually okay to have a fan site. You also can't make any money off of someone's trademark. But fan sites are the norm on the internet. PRO is hardly the first.. The Power Morphicon Convention is happening this August in LA. It is a fan run convention but officially sanctioned by Disney.
